How much will the plan pay if I have a broken window?

If a window in your home breaks, the plan reimburses you up to $200 (twice a year) to help with the replacement costs, making it easier to get quick repairs.

The plan reimburses you up to $100 for a licensed locksmith to help you get back into your home, up to two times per year.

Can I get help with repairing my appliances and electronics?

Yes, you can! The plan offers to cover 50% of the cost of repairing appliances and electronics in your home. We'll reimburse you up to $500 per repair, with a total limit of $1,000 per year.

What happens if my home becomes uninhabitable due to an emergency?

If you can't stay in your home because of a covered event like a fire or flood, we reimburse you up to $1,000 ($100 per night for 10 nights) for emergency lodging. This helps cover your stay elsewhere while your home is being repaired.

Is there additional help if my home's air conditioning or heating breaks down?

Yes, if your main air conditioning unit breaks down during the summer, or your furnace during the winter, and you can't get it fixed right away because parts aren’t available, our plan reimburses you up to $1,200 for extra emergency lodging.

How much can I get reimbursed for home deductible claims?
